I do not understand how anyone can consider anything even close to 100ms even remotely playable. This is probably because I'm used to thousands of hours of playing with a 10-20 total delay, from screen, to GPU time, to mouse and keyboard all added togather to see something happen when I move my mouse or press a button on my controller. I'd need TOTAL input lag (hardware and network total combined end to end from pressing a button to seeing it happen on screen) to be under 50 for me to consider it even remotely playable. Add that to another 10-20ms of hardware ping, I assure you, no matter what your setup or tinkering it will be unplayable. Lmfao try playing in Canada, where EVERYWHERE there is basically 100ms ping. If you have high packet loss or bufferbloat, you might want to get a better router (and check with your ISP what you need to do to replace the old one).
